General Information
You have 30 days from the order date to return your products when shopping on consola.se.
The only restriction is that this is allowed only once per person per year and only for orders under 10,000 SEK / 1,000 EUR or the equivalent amount in another currency.
To return a scented product (such as candles or room sprays) or bedding, the products must be in their original packaging and unopened.
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of and purchases from the consola.se website and its subdomains. They will apply to all future transactions with Consola.
By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please ensure you have read and understood these terms when using our website. Consola reserves the right to revise these terms, and users are responsible for staying informed of such changes.
Formation of Contract and Orders
All orders you place are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right not to accept your order or deliver it for any reason without liability to you. Examples of when we may not accept your order include, but are not limited to:
- Incorrect stock numbers displayed on the website when the order was placed.
- Incorrect prices displayed on the website.
- Payment authorization issues.
Upon receiving your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. Please note that this confirmation email only acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute a binding acceptance. A binding agreement is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
Consola cannot guarantee that all items displayed on the website are available in stock at the time of ordering. If an item is unavailable, you will be contacted via email. Consola does not guarantee that the website's content is always error-free or free from typographical mistakes. Additionally, Consola reserves the right to change website content at any time. However, this information will be provided to you before a binding agreement is made (i.e., before we send a shipping confirmation email).
All attempts at fraud will be reported to the authorities. Consola reserves the right to cancel any purchase if suspicious activity arises.
