Insurance: Consola takes responsibility for your product from the moment it is shipped until it is confirmed delivered by DHL.

RETURNS

To ensure our customers always receive unused products, we cannot accept returns of opened bedding, as they are classified as hygiene items. Please check the color through the packaging and confirm the size is correct before opening the item. You may return your unused products within 30 days of the order date.

To return an unused product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Send an email to wecare@consola.se with your order number, the items you wish to return (size, fabric, and color), and, if possible, a brief explanation of why you are returning them. Your feedback helps us improve our products and services. We will email you a return label.

  2. Repack the Items:
    Place the items back into their original packaging or a similar box suitable for transport.
